In
partial modification of EPD Circular Letter No. 22 / EPP
1(51) 3% R&D -2006 dated November 30, 2006 on the
subject, Para 1(12) of the above circular letter is substituted
with the following:
“In
future exporters would be required to submit Carrier Bill
of Lading instead of House Bill of Lading alongwith other
documents. In case of inability to produce Carrier Bill
of Lading, certificate of arrival from the concerned Port/Customs
Authority of the port of destination will be required.”
Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the
notice of their constituents.
