VALIDITY OF PENSION PAYMENT THROUGH DIRECT CREDIT SYSTEM (DCS)

1. Please find enclosed a copy of letter No. 12(9)-Reg.6/2012.pt1453 dated January 05, 2016 received from Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad enclosing therewith SOPs for Direct Credit System of pension.
2. All banks are advised to ensure compliance of the same in true letter and spirit. Any violation found in compliance with the instructions would be dealt with under the relevant provisions of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
3. Please acknowledge receipt.
