Dear Sirs/Madams,

Export of Surplus Cash Dollars by the Authorised Dealers (ADs)

Please refer to FE Circular No. 5 dated June 14, 2005 and FE Circular No. 1 dated January 31, 2006 in terms of which ADs were allowed to sell their surplus cash US dollars to Field Offices of SBP-Banking Services Corporation as per laid down procedure.

It has now been decided that effective February 20, 2007 only Karachi Office of SBP-Banking Services Corporation will be accepting cash US Dollars from ADs in prescribed manner and this facility shall cease to be available at all other offices of SBP-Banking Services Corporation

ADs are requested to bring the above to the notice of all their constituents.
