EBND Data Dissemination through SBP Website

As a major step in the development of fixed income markets in Pakistan, an electronic trading platform was launched by State Bank of Pakistan on 11 January, 2010. Among other objectives, this initiative is aimed to bring transparency in the local fixed income market, improve liquidity and better price discovery in the Government Securities. In order to achieve these objectives, State Bank of Pakistan has started publishing the following two reports on a daily basis through its website on Economic Data page under section monetary data:

1. Title of the Report: Daily Trading Volumes of Government Securities - EBND

   Description: Report shows daily trading volume and rates (price & yield) of Government Securities reported on EBND on a given working day.

2. Title of the Report: Cumulative trading volumes of Government Securities

   Link: https://www.sbp.org.pk/ecodata/CumulativeTrdVol.pdf

   Description: Report shows cumulative trading volume and rates (price & yield) of Government Securities for the month.
