Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 02/EPP1(51)15% R&D-2009 dated June 02, 2009 on the subject, enclosing a copy of Ministry of Commerce’s S.R.O. No. 200(I)/2008 dated March 01, 2008.

Now, Ministry of Commerce vide their S.R.O No. 322(I)/2010 dated May 12, 2010 have amended the above mentioned S.R.O and directed that the said S.R.O shall remain in force till 30th June, 2010. A copy of the same is enclosed for compliance by the Authorized Dealers.

Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the above to the notice of all their constituents.
