Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies Order, 2015 Export of Value Added Sectors (Excluding Textile)

1. In terms of Ministry of Commerce’s SRO No. 177(I)/2015 dated February 27, 2015, the Federal Government has issued an Order namely “Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies Order 2015.”
2. A copy of the above mentioned SRO, containing the eligibility criteria and procedure for filing claims etc., is enclosed for information and strict compliance.
3. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
