In continuation of FE Circular No. 02 dated March 21. 2005 please find enclosed Model Collectorate of Customs (Export) Karachi’s letter No. Reg. S-37-35-90 EXP. HQ. Pa. III dated 28.9.2011 containing specific information on the captioned subject for compliance. As per Pakistan Customs, WeBOC is simply replacement of software. It has same impact, procedures and mechanism as defined in PaCCS for imports and exports. Other related rules and procedure will remain unchanged.
