Dear Sirs/Madam,

Cut-off Time for Settlement of Inter-bank Deals

In order to streamline the smooth settlement of Inter-bank deals, it has been decided after detailed discussions with market representative bodies, i.e. Financial Market Association of Pakistan and Pakistan Banks’ Association, that following cut-off timings will be observed for settlement of Inter-bank deals.

However for customer transactions, cut-off time will be normal banking hours.

2. Further, TT timings for banks have also been extended up to 12.00 noon to allow them to effectively manage their liquidity positions.
3. All are advised to strictly observe above timings meticulously. No inter-bank deal will be entertained after these timelines.
