The Corporate Restructuring Companies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020

This is with reference to BPRD Circular Letter No. 34 of 2016; whereby, The Corporate Restructuring Companies Act, 2016 [Act No. XXXII of 2016] was circulated.

2. The Government of Pakistan has promulgated the Corporate Restructuring Companies (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 for amending the aforesaid Act. A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for information and necessary action.
