Panel of Auditors maintained under Section 35(1) of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962

1. This refers to BPRD Circular Letter No. 28 of 2017 dated October 09, 2017 on the captioned subject.
2. It is informed that the firm “RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman, Chartered Accountants” on the Panel of Auditors of State Bank of Pakistan has been downgraded to Category B of the Panel of Auditors, under the provision of clause 2.12 of ‘Framework on External Audit for Financial Institutions’ of 2015.
3. A copy of the updated Panel of Auditors is enclosed (Annexure).
