Financing Scheme for Small Farmers - Amendment

Please refer to ACD Circular No. 01 dated 1st January, 2008 on the captioned subject.

In this regard, on representations from farming community of Sindh & Balochistan, following amendments have been made:

1. For the purpose of farm credit, the eligibility criteria of small farmers of Sindh & Balochistan has been extended up to 16 & 32 acres of land respectively instead of 12.5 acres.
2. Working capital requirements under heading 2.5 may be read as “working capital and term finance requirements”.
3. The “NIC #” against Appendix I & III may be substituted as “CNIC #”.
4. Other instructions of the scheme will remain unchanged.
