Economic Analysts Training Scheme (EATS)

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) believes in attracting and retaining talent to meet its human resource requirements through a transparent recruitment process. Appointments under EATS batches are made in OG-2 Grade as per organizational need strictly on merit and as per provincial/ regional quota, prescribed by the Federal Government. 

Qualifications:
Candidates must have Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with 16 years of education.

Candidates shall have qualification in the discipline of “Economics”.

Age Limit:
Maximum 26 years on the last date of submission of application.

Written Test & Interview:
Shortlisted candidates must appear in the written test. Those who qualify the test are invited for group discussion/ interview.

Pre-induction Training:
Selected candidates join National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), Islamabad for pre-induction training.

Remuneration:
Competitive compensation package and allowances; Medical facility for self and dependants; Interest Free Home Loan, Car Loan and PC/Laptop Loan and Group Term Assurance.
