Branchless Banking Regulations for Promotion of Home Remittances— M-Wallet Scheme

          Attention of Authorized Dealers and Microfinance Banks is invited to para 2(a) of the BPRD Circular Letter No. 23 of 2018.

2.       The incentive of airtime equivalent to Rs. 2 per USD allowed by the Government of Pakistan stands discontinued after thirty days from the date of issuance of this letter.

3.       The claims of the subject scheme until the discontinuation date, as per para 2 above, submitted on or before January 31, 2024 will be reimbursed as per the existing procedure. However, no claim would be accepted after this deadline.

4.       All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
