SBP is looking for high caliber and dynamic professionals for the contractual positions in IT Strategy & Project Management Department, based at Karachi.

 

Application Developer

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Development of Enterprise level Web enabled solutions to automate business operations and workflows in different domains.
Transformation of Business Functional requirements into technical requirement analysis. Design and Perform system integration tasks with existing and systems to come in future.
Working under Agile Scrum project methodology.
Provide technical support for the implemented system to ensure sustainable continuation of operations.
Engage with other relevant stakeholders to perform related task such as technical configuration, performance optimization, quality assurance, security testing and recoveries from issues and troubleshoot problems.

Documentation of processes of development and operational manual.
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems / IT from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university. Above entry-level Certification in Java/PHP/Drupal will be an added advantage.


Age: Maximum 35 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience
Experience:

At least three (03) years experience of application development.

  • Working experience in Drupal, PHP and Full Stack Java is a must.
  • Working experience of Designing and Development of database schemas for DB2 RDBMS & NOSQL databases for web application.
  • Experience of developing Mobile Apps and working with Standard Enterprise Service Bus will be an added advantage.
Competencies:
  • Core Skills in Drupal, PHP and Full Stack Java.
  • Application Integration services using REST, SOAP, JSON, XML etc.
   
 

IBM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   


Coordinate with business departments to identify user requirements and analysis for ECM, Data Capture and collaboration tools and prepare related technical documents.
Responsible to configure IBM ECM and integrated tools as per the requirements specified by the business department.

Responsible for the development and configuration of taxonomy structure in IBM ECM system.


Responsible for the configuration and development using IBM Data Capture tool for ingesting documents in IBMs File-net (Enterprise content management system).
Responsible for Designing and development of case management solutions using Case manager builder.
Responsible to provide technical support for ECM and integrated tools.
Responsible for the design and development of interfaces with IBM BPM, Portals and other application.
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems / IT from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

  • IBM ECM Certified will be preferred.
  • Certification in Java will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3 Years of hands-on experience in installation, configuration and administration of IBM FileNet (Enterprise Content Management System) including experience in developing applications in IBM Case manager Builder.

IBM Business Process Manager (BPM) Specialist

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   




Coordinate with business departments to identify user requirements for business processes automation. Perform business analysis and develop relevant documentation for the automation of business processes.
Responsible for the Installation, configuration and management of IBMs’ BPM system.

Responsible for Designing and development of document centric Process workflows in IBM business Process manager.
Responsible to provide Technical support for BPM.
Responsible for the designing and development of Analytical dashboards in IBMs’ BPM.
Responsible for the Integration of BPM using web services with other applications running in SBP.



Responsible for the development / customization of new / existing business processes in IBMs’ BPM.
Responsible to troubleshoot the business processes exception and resolve the issues according to the defined SLAs with the business
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Certified IBM BPM will be preferred.
  • Certified Java specialist will be an added advantage

Experience:



At least 3 years of hands on experience in development, installation, configuration and administration of IBM BPM (Business Process Manager).

Relevant experience in application development using BPMN process based applications and web services.

IBM BPM Administrator

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Deployment and configuration with BPM governance and runtime (Process Admin Console, Process Center, Process Portal, Process Server).
Implementing business processes components like Human tasks (Coaches), rules (DMN, ODM), service components in IBM BPM.
BPM process performance monitoring and optimization (reporting, dashboards, analytics).
Ability to work independently and interface with customers throughout the project life cycle.
Working experience with RESTful web services - REST API.
Installs, configures and monitors of all application and web servers.
Participates in rotating on-call support 24x7 and be available to work weekends and/or holidays, as necessary.
Works with Engineers to implement and support BPMS infrastructure design.
Monitors load tests, performs deploys, reviews logs, and various other tasks maintaining the BPMS environment.
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems / IT from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

Certified IBM BPM WAS Administrator will be preferred

Experience:




At least four (04) years of hands on experience in installation, configuration, deployment, cloning and administration of IBM BPM Infrastructure (Database, Application Servers, Process Center, Process Admin, Process Inspector etc,).

  • Installing and configuring Load balancer for IBM WAS.

ITIL Lead Implementer

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Lead, facilitate and support implementation of ITSM framework
Manage and maintain the IT Service Management function and roadmap encompassing such processes as Incident, Request, Change, Configuration, Problem and Knowledge Management
Assure a strong and efficient IT service capability by establishing standards of performance, training & development programs, continuous improvement, and other practices
Develops strategies to eliminate gaps in service while improving efficiency and effectiveness
Develop update and maintain policies, processes, tools, communications, training, and knowledge systems required to meet IT service excellence objectives.
Implement preventative measures to ensure a best in class level of support and service.
Ensuring that all proposed changes meet the IT release to production requirements
Analyzing incident, problem and change records to determine any trends or apparent problems that have occurred and to take any opportunities to improve service quality
Training IT staff on service management processes and procedures providing coaching when necessary
Produce regular and accurate service management reports and dashboards for IT leadership
Ensure that ITSM team and IT goals are accomplished in a timely and cost effective basis
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems / IT from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

  • ITIL Master or Expert level certification from an accredited institution is required.
  • Certifications, PRINCE 2, COBIT, PMBOK would be preferred.

Enterprise Architect (EA)

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Leading and hands-on working role in the division to Develop & maintain overall Enterprise Technology Blue-Print
Design and develop a process map of all of the processes and their high-level interfaces, to ensure integration, consistency and continuity across all processes
Design secure and resilient technology architectures that meet all the current and anticipated future IT requirements of the organization
Design methods and metrics to support the continual improvement of service provision and all supporting processes
Produce and maintain all aspects of IT specification, including the overall designs, architectures, topologies and configurations of the infrastructure, applications & data, and the design documentation of all IT systems
Develop and review up to date all IT design, processes, policy and specification documentation for efficiency, effectiveness and compliance
Recommend proactive, innovative IT solutions for the improvement of IT design and operation in alignment with current IT strategy
Translate logical designs into physical designs, taking account of business requirements, target environments, processes, performance requirements, existing systems and services, and any potential safety-related aspects
Create and maintain IT design policies, philosophies and criteria, covering all areas including connectivity, capacity, interfaces, security, resilience, recovery, access and remote access, and ensuring that all new services meet their service levels and targets
Propose design enhancements to IT infrastructure, capacity changes, continuity, backup and recovery arrangements, as required, and being aware of operational requirements, especially in terms of service levels, availability, response times, security and repair times
Provide advice to management on the design and planning phases of IT systems, to ensure that requirements (particularly capacity, recovery, performance and security needs) are reflected in the overall specifications
Interfacing with designers and planners from external suppliers and service providers, ensuring all external IT services are designed to meet their agreed service levels and targets
Contribute ideas and insight to help optimize corporate information management resources to stay current with evolving business trends and new technologies.
Playing a major role in the selection of any new IT infrastructure or technology solution

Software Quality Assurance Analyst

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Document software defects and report defects to software developers
Create and execute automated test scripts
Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability
Review and Analyze product specifications, business requirements, technical design specifications and solutions architecture documents and identify and report early defects
Design and develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, procedures on multiple projects of varying size
Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content
Designing and developing robust test automation frameworks that allow for rapid test script creation while being maintainable
Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
Review and monitor processes within the department on a continuous basis for effectiveness and possible improvements
Provide input into test metrics and ensure QA best practices and adherence to QA policy.

At least 5 years of hands on experience in Software Quality Assurance Tools. Experience in software development is a plus.

Identity and Access Management Specialist

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Lead, facilitate and support implementation of IAM Solution
Collaborate with various business owners and maintain end-to-end understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes
Perform gap analysis, document any discrepancies and risks, recommended improvement steps and remediation action planĀ 
Design and onboard processes related to identity management from the business and technical perspective
Ensure IAM processes are in line with all compliance requirements
Documents and maintains IAM security policies and procedures
Performs audit reviews of security logs, system settings and user permissions
Recommends enhancements to Information Security standards and procedures and identifies process improvement opportunities
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Certification on an IAM product would be preferred.

Experience:




At least 10 years of industry experience with at least 4 years of project experience involved with the deployment of IAM Solution and processes.
Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of Identity & Access Management ITĀ  Controls

  • Ability to apply critical thinking and strategic concepts to solve business problems

Project Manager

 
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:
   
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure baseline project documents are produced, maintained and available and effectively used
Ensure projects are correctly planned and managed during execution
Lead and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Identify potential risks related to project and establish and execute detailed plans to ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities are realized
Report financial, resources, technical issues, customer satisfaction status of assigned projects to management
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables
Manage customer satisfaction within project transition period
Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements
   

 Eligibility Criteria:

   
Education

Must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of education in Computer Science / Computer Systems / Computer Engineering / Electronics / Information Systems from HEC recognized university or from a reputable foreign university.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is required

Age: Maximum 45 years, as of the date of submission of application (as per CNIC). Relaxation maybe allowed in case of additional relevant experience.
Experience:




At least 10 years of IT industry experience with at least 5 years of project management experience.
Competencies:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
