State Bank of Pakistan - the Central Bank, is looking for talented and energetic candidates to monitor the operations of payment systems round the clock in three shifts. The positions are based in Karachi.

Monitoring Officer (On Contract)

Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include, but not limited to, the following:

Provide technical/operational support to Raast participants, merchants, customers and other stakeholders in the payment system. Assist in updating documents, manuals, policies, standards, procedures as per the operational need. Report and resolve functional/operational issues related to Raast settlement and operations. Coordinate with internal departments, participants and other stakeholders for the smooth processing of Raast payments. Manage and monitor Raast System Operations, Participants liquidity and Participant's access to Raast System in an efficient manner. Support in the reconciliation of Raast transactions and develop MIS related to performance and operations of Raast. Participate in DR, BCP related activities. Provide assistance for Help desk and ensure timely resolution of Raast complaints. Work with cross-functional teams for adoption of digital payments in Pakistan. Undertake any other operational/ IT systems related task/s assigned by the supervisor.

 Eligibility Criteria:

Education:	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or diploma in IT (software) with 14 years of education from an HEC recognized university or a registered institute in case of diploma. Over qualified candidates will not be shortlisted.
Age:	Maximum 30 years, as on the date of advertisement.
Experience:	2 years of post-qualification experience in IT operations, application / software development/ big data analytics.
