Please refer to circular letter No. DS. MFS. 5(18)/2011-1270 dated October 18, 2011, wherein all banks were advised to submit the monthly statement of “Loans Classified by Borrowers (Annexure A07)” by 8th of the month following the reference month. Also refer to circular letter No. SD.DWCD.1(2)-2014-609 dated Aug 05, 2014, wherein banks were required to submit the “Revised Version of Loans Classified by Borrowers (Annexure A-07” in parallel to the existing statement from July 2014 through DAP.

2. It has now been decided to discontinue the parallel run of the above statement after June 2015 and acquire only the “Revised Version of Loans Classified by Borrowers” statement with effect from July 2015 in a phased manner.

3. In first phase, the banks will submit the information related to Advances, Bills, Investments, and Disbursements along with number of accounts by the 8th of every month, whereas information related to NPAs, Provisions, Off Balance Items and Loan Applications will be submitted by 25th of the following month. The aforementioned timelines will continue until further instructions.

4. All Banks are advised to ensure error free and timely submission of data as the erroneous/late submission will attract punitive action under the relevant provisions of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
