Please refer to IH&SMEFD Circular No. 06 dated March 12, 2013 along-with other instructions issued from time to time regarding the Mark-up Subsidy and Guarantee Facility for Rice Husking Mills in Sindh.

To help the rice husking mills of Sindh to upgrade their existing processing units, the financing limit under the subject facility has been enhanced from Rs 10 million to Rs 16 million (Rupees Sixteen million only) for those rice husking mills that intend to include mechanized dryers in their processing lines. Rice husking mills already availing this facility (upto Rs 10 million) can acquire additional Rs 6 (six) million, if they intend to add mechanized dryers to their units.
