Please refer to SMEFD Circular No. 03 dated March 22, 2010 regarding the captioned subject.

2. In this connection, it is advised that Ministry of Textile Industry (MINTEX) has now released funds to make following payment during current financial year under above Scheme of the Government of Pakistan:

Export Finance Mark-Up Rate Facility :
From 01-03-2011 to 31-08-2011

3. Accordingly, the banks may lodge claims under above Scheme of the Government, for the period referred above, keeping in view the terms & conditions of Scheme. Duly completed claims as per format attached with above referred Circular, may be lodged with the concerned offices of SBP BSC (Bank) up-to April 30, 2015.

4. Each claim should invariably be accompanied with a duly attested copy of valid registration certificate of MINTEX. Payment will only be released to those exporters having approved valid registration certificate of Ministry of Textile Industry. S tatus of registration of eligible borrowers may be checked on the link http://www.rdacell.com/registration/Statistics.aspx , prior to the release of subsidy amounts under above Scheme.
