Please refer to Schedule 1 attached with Long Term Financing Facility (LTFF) for Plant & Machinery, circulated vide MFD Circular No. 07 dated December 31, 2007 and amended from time to time. 

2.         It is advised that Soda Ash has also been included in the list of Sectors/Sub-Sectors eligible under the captioned Facility. Therefore, banks/DFIs can also provide financing facilities for new imported and locally manufactured plant, machinery & equipment to be used by the Export Oriented Projects for producing Soda Ash, keeping in view the terms and conditions of the subject Facility.

3.         All other instructions issued on the subject shall remain unchanged.
