refer to SMEFD Circular Letter No. 11 dated June 30, 2010
in terms of which waiver for 180 days, up-to December
31, 2010 was allowed for the purpose of availing financing
under EFS to those exporters whose export proceeds were
overdue.

It has now been decided to extend the period of above
waiver up to June 30, 2011.
