Develop and transform the current security setup of State Bank of Pakistan into a self-reliant and modern security system capable of implementing security policies, guidelines and procedures effectively to ensure safety and security in a professional manner while supporting operations of SBP and SBP BSC in achieving their overall objective.

About Us
The Internal Bank Security Department (IBSD) strives to maintain an environment which provides security and safety to employees, assets and infrastructure of the Bank by using modern security equipment backed by a strong internal security force. IBSD also liaises with various Security / Law Enforcing Agencies and ensures proper implementation of security guidelines / instructions across SBP, SBP-BSC and its Field Offices, and NIBAF.
