TORs of the Committee
žThe committee
will act as an Agricultural Credit Supervisory Committee and operate as focal point for all agriculture
and rural financing.
žIt will provide
all the information about credit, loan advanced by different banks.
žThe Committee
will hold its meeting bi-monthly and collect periodically agriculture/rural financing and portfolio
of banks and financial
institution.
žThe Committee
will keep close coordination with all the stakeholders involved in the credit process.
žIt will suggest
the desired outreach and sustainable solution of credit provision to the small farmers in the rural
areas.
žThe Committee
will also provide guidelines for creating awareness among the farming community.
