Banks within the meaning of the SBP Act 1956 as working in Azad Jammu & Kashmir including ZTBL
and Azad Jammu & Kashmir Bank
–Land means any Land used for Agricultural or its subservient purposes
– Land Owner means “as defined under “West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967”
but doesn’t
include any Lessee or a Mortgagee
– Loan or Advances means loans or advances for Agriculture Purposes
