2. In this regards, certain variations have been observed
in quarterly Asset quality data due to external audit
adjustments, regulatory adjustments or due to other valid
reasons, which do not reconcile with the closing balances
of previous quarter.

In order to streamline the process of such adjustments,
it has been decided that banks/DFIs shall report the post
quarter adjustments in closing balance of asset quality
data in preceding quarter as per attached format along
with reason for adjustment as an annexure to RCOA quarterly
reporting through DAP4 in a separate sheet with effect
from quarter ending March 31, 2014. Further, sample DFS
for RCOA quarterly has been updated which can be accessed
under DAP Knowledge Center. DAP helpdesk may be reached

guidance.

The banks/DFIs are advised to ensure timely and accurate
submission of data through portal to avoid any punitive
action under the relevant provisions of the Banking Companies
Ordinance, 1962.
