N O T I F I C A T I O N

In pursuance to the scheme of Transfer of Assets and Liabilities of Khushhali Bank to Khushhali Bank Limited through liquidation of Khushhali Bank, sanctioned on March 18, 2008 under Section 47 of Khushhali Bank Ordinance 2000, the State Bank of Pakistan has cancelled the license of Khushhali Bank with effect from the close of business on March 31, 2008.
