In exercise of the powers conferred on State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 37 of the SBP Act, 1956; SBP is pleased to notify that the name of “Prime Commercial Bank Limited” has been changed to “ABN AMRO Bank (Pakistan ) Limited” with effect from September 1, 2007.
