• Fresh notes are supplied to general public through commercial banks.
• Based on the volume of deposits of the commercial banks, the fresh notes quota is allocated.
• The cash monitoring teams regularly visit the branches of commercial banks to ensure compliance of instruction.
• In order to redress, complaints of commercial banks, a helpdesk has been established at the Head Office of SBP Banking Services Corporation. The commercial banks may contact the helpdesk for complaints regarding fresh notes.
