notes quota is allocated.

cash monitoring teams regularly visit the branches of commercial
banks to ensure compliance of instruction.

order to redress, complaints of commercial banks, a helpdesk
has been established at the Head Office of SBP Banking Services
Corporation. The commercial banks may contact the helpdesk for
complaints regarding fresh notes.
