Attention of the Authorized Dealers is invited to EPD Circular Letter No. 03 dated March 5, 2015 and EPD Circular Letter No. 07 dated April 13, 2015 regarding the captioned subject.

2. In terms of Ministry of National Food Security and Research’s Office Memorandum (O.M.) No. F.1-10/2013-DFSC-II/FSC&RD dated April 15, 2015, Government of Pakistan has allowed extension in the time period for lifting/export of wheat/wheat flour (Aata) as follows:

a) One month extension in the lifting date of wheat for Sindh and Punjab Province.

b) The lifting operations will be completed by April 30, 2015 for Sindh and May 15, 2015 for Punjab Province.

c) The export date for the Provinces of Sindh and Punjab has been extended by 30 days beyond the lifting date i.e 30 days onwards from April 30, 2015 for Sindh and May 15, 2015 for Punjab.

3. All other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.

4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
