DRAWBACK OF LOCAL TAXES AND LEVIES ORDER 2015
BUDGET INCENTIVE FOR EXPORT OF VALUE ADDED SECTOR (EXCLUDING TEXTILES)
Please refer to EPD Circular Letter No. 04 dated March 10, 2015 circulating the Ministry of Commerce S.R.O. No. 177(I)/2015 dated February 27, 2015.
2. In terms of Ministry of Commerce S.R.O. No. 415(I)/2015 dated May 15, 2015, the Federal Government has now issued an amended Order namely “Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies Order 2015”.
3. A copy of the above mentioned S.R.O., containing the amended eligibility criteria and procedure for filing claims etc., is enclosed for information and strict compliance.
4. Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
