REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT WITH BOARD OF INVESTMENT FOR PAKISTANI AGENTS TO REPRESENT FOREIGN COMPANIES
Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E. Circular No. 19 dated December 16, 2002 on the subject wherein procedure for registration of Pakistani local owned companies working as agents of foreign courier service companies was revised.
It has now been decided to suspend the requirement placed upon private courier companies to apply for NOC/ registration/renewal from the Director General Pakistan Post Office, Ministry of Communications and Railways, Government of Pakistan.
Therefore, the earlier procedure regarding courier companies contained in F.E. Circular No. 19 of 2002 is held in abeyance until our further instructions. All other instructions in the same circular remain unchanged.
