Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to FE Circular Letter No. 05/EPP.1 (51) - Sugar -2012 dated June 14, 2012 on the captioned subject in terms of which July 23, 2012 was fixed as the last date of receipt of applications for export of sugar. It has now been decided to withdraw the said cutoff date for receipt of applications for export of sugar. Hence, the Sugar Mills may submit their requests for export of sugar as per prescribed procedure and allocated quota as circulated vide F.E Circular ibid till utilization of allocated 200,000 tons of sugar quota. Other terms & condition of the above mentioned FE Circular Letter will remain unchanged.

Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
