Attention of Authorized Dealers is invited to FE Circular No. 17 dated November 13, 2006 enclosing therewith copy of Ministry of Textile Industry’s SRO No. 1128(I)/2006 dated November 10, 2006 in terms of which R&D Support to Home Textiles & Dyed/Printed Cloth Manufacturing-Cum-Exporting Units was allowed subject to the terms & conditions as mentioned therein.

Now, Ministry of Textile Industry’s vide their O. M. No. 8(102) TID/06 dated January 18, 2007 has notified as under:-

“It is to clarify that HS Code 6307.9090 mentioned in the above subject SRO may be read as HS Code 6307.1090. Further, HS Code 6307.1030 - Duster be added to list of Hs Codes”.

Authorized Dealers are advised to bring the same to the notice of all their constituents.
