Amendment in Appendix IV to the Foreign Exchange Manual

It is for information of all the Authorized Dealers that consequent upon change of name of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd., as “The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd.” the name of The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd., appearing at Serial No.35 with prefix BTM has been changed as per attached Appendix IV since revised.
