Export of Surplus Cash US Dollars by the Authorized Dealers

 

Attention of the Authorized Dealers (ADs) is invited to FE Circular No. 5 dated June 14, 2005 in terms of which they were allowed to sell their surplus cash US Dollars to the ten designated Field Offices of SBP-Banking Services Corporation, as per the laid down procedure.
It has now been decided that effective February 1, 2006, only three offices of SBP-Banking Services Corporation, namely Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi, will be accepting cash US Dollars from ADs in the prescribed manner and the facility shall cease to be available at all other locations of SBP-Banking Services Corporation.
Authorized Dealers are requested to bring the above to the notice of all their constituents.
