CURRENCY LOANS
Attention
of Authorized Dealers is invited to F.E.
Circular No. 24 dated the 20th July, 1995,
on the captioned subject.
It has now
been decided to also permit exporters to obtain one consolidated
loan against all the contracts/letters of credit received
during a calendar month or against all contracts/letters
of credit covering shipments during a calendar month.
2. Other
terms and conditions laid down in F.E.
Circular No. 24 dated the 20th July, 1995
will remain unchanged.
