The Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia, Islamabad / Karachi is requested to kindly grant necessary Hajj Visa to the above named person and oblige. 2. After obtaining Hajj Visa from the Royal Consulate of Saudi Arabia __________ may approach the Travel Agents / Airlines for issuance of tickets on the basis of this N.O.C. and any Authorised Dealer in Foreign exchange for release of Personal Exchange Quota if admissible to him/her under the SBP rules, together with the following documents :-
