Our practices are based on the basic tenants of fair, just, equitable and ethical values and our people are our prime asset. HRD acts as an employees’ champion while maintaining a balance between organizational and employees’ needs.
At SBP, HRD provides value added HR solutions to all employees. The strategic arms through which it delivers its core functions are HR planning, recruitment & selection, talent management, job rotation and evaluation, succession planning, training & development, career development and employee Benefits and budgeting. To take up the above functions in a collaborative and effective manner, HRD currently operates on the concept of Solution Centre Model.
HRD makes consistent efforts to provide conducive work environment that fosters professionalism and high quality performance. This enables the Bank to achieve its strategic goals and increased employee engagement levels. The department also tries to ensure leadership development and grooming of line managers to become good HR practitioners.
