Deputy
Director / Law Officer (OG-3) |
Key responsibilities of the incumbent will include,
but not limited to, the following:
|
Examine all documents
and contracts referred to the department
minutely for vetting and provide advice/opinion. |
|
Attend court of law regarding
litigation cases to defend the interest
of the Bank, if authorized by the management. |
|
Participate and attend meetings
with departments of the Bank as well as
external organizations/institutions regarding
various litigation issues. |
|
To do research on amendments
in Banking Laws. |
|
Assist in drafting of new
legislation, ordinances, rules and regulations
within scope of policy guidelines and also
recommend any amendments in the existing
legislation. |
|

Eligibility
Criteria: |
Qualification: |
At least LLB from HEC
recognized University or Degree in Law
from a reputable Foreign University. Candidates
having relevant higher qualification will
be preferred.
|
Age: |
Maximum
35. Relaxation may be allowed in case
of highly qualified or more experienced
candidates. |
Experience: |
At
least 04 and 02 years of post qualification
experience for OG-3 & OG-2 positions
respectively in any of the fields such
as Civil, Banking, Finance, Litigation,
Service matters, Contracts, Drafting of
Legislation, Judicial or Regulatory Functions.
Candidates must have valid license to
practice as advocate

Strong Written and verbal communication
skills.
