ØChief Risk
Officer(CRO) is responsible for providing comprehensive and understandable
information on risks, enabling the management to understand the bank's overall
risk profile. He/she is responsible for:
Øidentifying,
measuring, monitoring, controlling or mitigating, and reporting on risk
exposures.
Øreconciliation of the
aggregate level of risk in the bank to the board-established risk
tolerance/appetite.
Øcoordinating different
departments for the effective management of risk at central bank
Øreporting to the board
of directors and risk management committee in the matter of risk management of
the bank
