D. Role and Responsibilities of individuals and Supervisors involved in the Risk Management Process
RISK OFFICERS
ØThe Risk Officer identifies the risk and formally communicates the risk to the Risk Management Unit. The Risk Officer is responsible for:
ØResponsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting risks as applicable to their concerned department
ØDocumenting the risk (by completing a Risk Form)
ØSubmitting the Risk Form to the Risk Management Unit for review
ØPrepare risk register to be sent to Risk Management Unit on a quarterly basis
ØResponsible for maintenance and enhancement of Risk Register
