OFFICERS
ØThe Risk Officer
identifies the risk and formally communicates the risk to the Risk Management
Unit. The Risk Officer is responsible for:
ØResponsible for
identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting risks as applicable to their
concerned department
ØDocumenting the risk (by completing a Risk Form)
ØSubmitting
the Risk Form to the Risk Management Unit for review
ØPrepare risk
register to be sent to Risk Management Unit on a quarterly basis
ØResponsible for maintenance and enhancement of Risk
