on Internal Controls
Please
refer to BSD circular No.09 dated October 12, 2009 on
the captioned subject.
2) The instructions have been reviewed and it has been
decided that the requirement of sending a copy of “Opinion
on Internal Control over Financial Reporting”
by Statutory Auditor(s) of Banks / DFIs to Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, stands withdrawn.
3) All other instructions on the subject shall, however,
remain unchanged.
