Please refer to the BSD Circular No. 08 dated October 29, 2007 and Circular Letter No. 01 dated January 01, 2009 on the captioned subject.

2. In this regard, it has been decided to revise the date for reporting the consumer rating / scoring in the e-CIB system to December 31, 2009. All banks / DFIs are, therefore, advised to start reporting the mapped ratings of all their consumer customers in the e-CIB system from the month of January 2010.

3. Moreover, all banks /DFIs are advised to submit progress reports on the development of consumer rating / scoring system (s) as per format attached as Annexure-A as per the following timeline:

4. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
