1. Please refer to the BSD Circular No. 08 dated October 29, 2007 and BSD Circular Letter No. 03 dated June 24, 2008 on the captioned subject.

2. In this regard it is advised that the date for reporting the consumer rating/scoring in the eCIB system has been extended upto 30th June 2009. All Banks/DFIs are, now required to start reporting the ratings/scores of all their consumer customers in the eCIB system from the month of July 2009.

3. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
