PANEL OF AUDITORS – UNDER SECTION 35(1) OF
BANKING COMPANIES ORDINANCE, 1962

Please refer to the Panel of Auditors circulated vide BSD Circular Letter No.10 dated December 09, 2005.

M/s Syed Husain & Co., listed in category ‘A’ of the State Bank’s panel of auditors, has informed us that the name of their firm has changed to “M/s Syed Husain Zafar Naveed & Co.” due to the change in the constitution of the firm. Therefore, the name of “M/s Syed Husain & Co.” has been changed to “M/s Syed Husain Zafar Naveed & Co.” in the State Bank’s Panel of Auditors maintained under Section 35(1) of Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962.
