Please refer to Prudential Regulation-V(b) / Rule-8(b) of the Rules of Business for NBFIs as amended from time to time.

We have to advise that keeping in view the capital-intensive nature of the Telecommunication Sector, the competent authority has been pleased to lower the debt-equity ratio to 75 : 25 for the aforesaid sector with immediate effect.

 Other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
