Dear Sirs,

EXPORT FINANCE SCHEME.
Please refer to BSD Circular No.25 dated 15th September, 2000 allowing therein refinance facility under Export Finance Scheme for "Brown Rice" and "Par boiled Rice" in retail packing of 1-25 Kgs. =

It has now been decided to allow refinance facility under the Export Finance Scheme to "Brown Rice" and "Par boiled Rice" in packing of 1-50 Kgs. You are, therefore, advised to please substitute the following amendments / addition against Harmonized Code No.10.06 of the negative list as under :-
