We reproduce below the decision taken
in Chief Justice’s Committee meeting held on February
26, 2000 the contents of which are self explanatory for your
information and necessary action: - " Special Benches shall
be constituted in each High Court who will exclusively hear
matters relating to collection of public revenues and bank
dues/loans on day to day basis or as nearly as possible. "
