In order to forestall chances of imposters and fake people approaching various branches of Banks/Financial Institutions in Pakistan with the intent to check, investigate and take possession of copies of the record of the Bank/Financial Institution as a nominee or representative of National Accountability Bureau or any other agency, it has been decided that before allowing access to the record of the Bank/Financial Institution, the concerned official should verify and satisfy himself about the credentials of such persons from the authority letter of the Bureau, his service record and/or national identity card etc. Where necessary this can further be got verified from the responsible officers of National Accountability Bureau or the highest local Military Authority in the area, as the case may be.

            You are requested to suitably bring the above instructions to the notice of all officials of your institution on an urgent basis
