Please refer to BPRD Circular No.42 dated the 14th December, 1998 read with BPRD Circular No.23 dated the 2nd July, 1998 on the captioned subject .

2. In deference to the desire of the Lahore High Court, it has been decided to extend the dead-line for enforcing the instructions conveyed vide BPRD Circular 23 dated 2nd July, 1998 till the judgment is announced by the Honourable Lahore High Court.

3. Other instructions on the subject shall remain unchanged.
