Please refer to the BPRD Circular No. 04 of May 20, 2014 regarding establishment of operational risk management framework and related loss data collection by December 2015.

2. Based on the feedback received from stakeholders on the issued instructions and review of international regulatory developments i.e. the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) proposal to revise the standardized approaches, it has been decided to extend the timeline for operational loss data collection mechanism and related reporting till March 2017.

3. All other instructions on the subject shall, however, remain unchanged.
